TSUKINO KATSURA Junmai Daiginjo How Are You?
This sake is produced with Yamadanishiki sake rice polished to 35% and brewed at low temperatures. Rather than the pressing filtration method, the fukurodori method was applied resulting in just the best of the brew being used. The methods used for producing this sake are still reserved for the highest quality sake. The sake has a beautifully clear character and a super smooth finish.
