TAMAGAWA Kimoto Junmai Stork Label
Conservational sake. One of two sister products brewed with organic rice grown specifically to extend the habitat of the huge, carnivorous Oriental White Stork, in Toyooka City, just a few miles from the brewery. This interpretation is a dry kimoto, ideal for drinking warm. This style of brewing and the resulting sake are precisely that which was standard in Japan of the 19th century.
