SHICHI HON YARI Junmai Daiginjo Wataribune
The sake rice "Wataribune" has soft and round characteristics that also bring out the mild and elegant sake flavor in the end. The Junmai Daiginjo Wataribune expresses its ginjo identity through it’s light aroma. Without too much imposing fruit there are hints of grapefruit and a mild acidity that makes it go down clean and smooth. This Daiginjo was created specifically for the purpose of pairing with food.
