Omachi sake rice are brewed with traditional Kimoto style (mashing the starter yeast into a puree) and Rhodendendron flower yeast, resulting in a sake with moderate acidity to be enjoyed both in cold or warm temperature. The adequate umami in this sake makes it a versatile pairing drink to many food.
