TAMAGAWA Daiginjo

This is Tamagawa’s most popular in the Daiginjo range, and the first of its products ever to go overseas as well as a multiple gold medal winner.  With a silky viscosity on the palate and a rich aroma, this Daiginjo is full flavoured and umami rich with hints of cedar wood and white pepper. Pair with beef stew, so buck or most pizzas.
