The fukuro (drip) shibori pressing system is used to extract only the lushest of the brew. This is aromatic, rich, yet crisp sake. The aroma is fruity, reminiscent of white grape, on the palate are hints of melon and sweet rice. It finishes clean and smooth leaving you wanting more.
